Cities such as Amherst, Derry and Greenland boast some of the most courses in the state. The winter months in New Hampshire can get really frigid. So, if you are planning a trip to the state, book your trip for the summer months, between May and September-temperatures will be warmest then.
The state is a great place and extremely welcoming for families with children. Take them to one of the many miniature golf courses in the state and let them in on the fun.

Oak Hill Golf Course
The Oak Hill Country Club is located outside of Rochester, N.Y. The club features two great golf courses, one of which ranks eleventh in the country, the East course was designed by famous golf architects Donald Ross, Robert Trent Jones, Jr. and Thomas Fazio. The course opened in 1925, and has continued to be one of the best courses ever designed.

FORE! Lee Westwood ball ends up in a woman's shirt !!!
Lee Westwood hooked his drive on the 13th hole into a crowd of folks at the Ritz Charlton Golf Course as a part of the Accenture Match Play Championship.
This is maybe not news but where the ball landed is incredible..... The ball somehow made it's way into a woman's shirt as seen in the video below.
What would have been funnier is if the lady would have taken a run towards the green and dropped the ball there or even dropped it in the hole :)
